| At the Doctor's Office |
For those of you who are interested, Emilie is doing great! She is thriving and is healthy. At her 4 month appointment the doctor said there are no concerns and she is positively developing at an appropriate pace. Eric witnessed her rolling over in her crib.
Mixed feelings again, you want them to grow and advance but that just means more issues with sleeping and wakefulness. She still enjoys napping before bedtime, she wakes around 4:30am for a pacifier check and then again at 7am for her first breakfast. She is a very agreeable baby who doesn't mind getting out and about. We count our blessings frequently! So far her eyes are still blue. She does give smiles a little more frequently, but she is a very serious looking little girl. Deep in thought taking it all in and figuring out how she can get herself out of the seatbelt contraption in her carseat.
We love her so much and CJ is still enamored with her!
During this 4th month Emilie has participated in advocating on Capitol Hill for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
