Meyer Narrative: Holidays and beyond

I know it has been a long time since I have posted. Those of you who are friends on facebook have been updated. I am going to work on filling in the gaps. Here goes...
Drove across the country to visit the Chases and the Meyers. Loaded the Vue with our luggage, presents, kid, and dog. Made great time out to Indy. Fun opening gifts on the 23rd, lunch at Lafayette Brew Co with Grandma Chase and Aunt Erin, stocked up on some craft brews from LBC and The People's Brew. Then we "flew" into LaGrange dropped off Rufus and headed to the Christmas Eve Party at Aunt Sharon's and Uncle Karl's. We had a great time catching up, hanging out, and watching Max and CJ. Christmas we opened gifts and relaxed with Gramma and Granpa Meyer and Aunt Anna. The debut of the game Telestrations and we did have fun playing. (Gramma Meyer did have some pain come over her, she is still waiting to find out what the test results say, her doctor isn't too concerned. Please keep her in your prayers.) During our stay in LaGrange we saw Tin Tin, went to the Strzyz condo in the city-Chicago, and visited the Little Red School House. It was a great time, I even managed to sneak in a visit with Angie and Steve! It was great to see them. Our stay came to an end and we headed back to Indianapolis to hang out with the Heid Clan at Grandma and Grandpa Chase's house. During our stay in Indianapolis we visited the Eiteljorg Museum and The Children's Museum. We saw the trains at the Eiteljorg and explored the Winter Wonderland Jolly Days at the Children's Museum with a stop at Playscape. We had a great time hanging out in Indianapolis with Rebecca and Matt! Grandma and Grandpa agreed to watch CJ so Aunt Erin and Eric and I could go out for New Year's Eve. We then packed everything up again and headed out so we could beat the snow on the way back, the wind was no joke either. Hope everyone else had a great time with their loved ones!
